The studies in this table are grouped by the kits used and by either population location, country of racial origin, or racial group.  A reference number followed by, in parenthesis, an x and a number indicates the number of studies of this type in the reference.  For example, Morocco 31(x3), indicates three Morocco studies are included in reference 31.
